Long story short, my husband, Lamar's sex addiction in 2015 led to multiple affairs. One of these affairs was with a woman who was still married. When her husband, James Colley discovered this affair, he attempted to kill Lamar by breaking in and shooting him. Lamar barely escaped, but James stayed back and killed his wife and best friend. We just returned from Florida where my husband had to testify to these murders and the attempted murder on his life and one other survivor.
James was just found guilty of two counts of first degree murder, two attempts of first degree murder and a handful of other charges. This week a case will be made for James to receive the death penalty...one of the last for the state of Florida. God worked miracles on both my husband and myself these past three years since the shootings and murders. We have moved to Wisconsin where we have started a recovery program for couples whom have been affected by porn and infidelity.
My husband meets with the men during these sessions and I work separately with the women. Then we all meet together for the second half of the evening. We are witnessing incredible miracles from God in the most broken of broken couples. We are not only seeing men being set free from their addictions, but we are seeing women being challenged and successfully demonstrating Christ-like love, mercy and forgiveness as new marriages are created.
We call our ministry Chapter 2. Our dream in the future is to plant this recovery ministry all over the U.S. The past 3 years I have worked with many broken women. I have found some of the most incredible tools during this journey which have provided healing for them, including the Conquer Series. I am thrilled to hear a series is being made just for them. I would love to share what I have learned along the way. I also imagine once the series is released, you will need people standing by to provide a community of support for these women.

Much of our healing came from the Conquer Series videos and we owe you our deepest gratitude. Our marriage didn't just barely survive the storm... it thrived on the other side. Even now, while the media portrays my husband as an adulterer, we can find peace in the truth of God's healing, forgiveness and mercy.
Our mess became God's message and we are honored to share our story that now belongs to Him.
