..Hi Kristina! I want to share with you all what a blessing the last Sanctuary was! Not to say ALL of them aren’t blessings…they ALL have been, but last Friday’s on forgiveness was so rich. I love how you guys said the Lord “downloaded” a precious message to Karissa just before the webinar, and she bravely stepped out and shared it with no notes I truly felt the Holy Spirit ministering to all of us, but for sure, to me! Now, I’m taking what was shared by everybody and processing it deeply within myself and praying that I will be able to make some sense in articulating it.
That will be part of my healing to be able to bring clarity to my own mind by writing it all down. So, I am picking up where I left off and will type and scribble until it’s all out and down on paper. Interesting, Tiana shared how she was stuck for awhile on forgiveness because of the belief that you don’t “quickly” forgive, but wait til you’re “ready”. Well, her sharing that story about herself helped in an area that I have been stuck in.
I have notebooks from earlier years of documenting what my husband would say and do to me for the purpose of getting clarity as to what was really happening to me. Well, we are now considerably grown and in a very different place, but I have been in a quandary about those notebooks! I had a fear that if I didn’t save them, I’d have nothing to back up my experiences and no one would believe me. I felt I had forgiven Ron, and continued to forgive, but it nagged me on what to do with the “documents” in my notebooks.
What if I died without getting to dispose of them? But, what if I still needed them to prove something? Meanwhile, listening to you three dear women tell your stories, I had a powerful moment of clarity that I didn’t need to keep them anymore!! It’s okay to dispose of them. They had their place, at a very dark time in my life, but that is no more. It brought me such joy to know that! That’s just one nugget of my story…thanks to you all for being instruments of the Holy Spirit…in helping set captives free.
Love you all, and would love a chance to meet you sometime!! A sister in Christ, Leanne Kersten
